Preparation
- Cook the sausages in a pan or on a grill for 5 minutes. Halve the sausages lengthwise, return to the pan or grill, grill the insides of the sausages until an internal temperature of 71 ° C (160 ° F) is reached. Keep warm.
- Cook the eggs, season with salt and pepper, add a slice of cheese, two slices of bacon and three slices of grilled sausage.
- While the eggs care cooking, toast the English muffins or tea biscuits, butter the inside and add an egg, three slices of sausage and two slices of bacon to each sandwich.
