Turkey Pie


75 g cooked Olymel turkey roast, cubed
65 ml béchamel sauce
25 g cooked sweet potato, cubed
50 g frozen mixed vegetables
2 ml concentrated chicken stock
1 round flaky pastry
Salt and pepper


•Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
•In a sauce pan, bring the béchamel to a boil and whisk in the chicken stock concentrate.
•Add the turkey, sweet potato and mixed vegetables and mix well.
•Pour the mixture into an oven-safe casserole, cover with the pastry and seal. Bake until crust is golden brown.
