Pulled Ham Sliders

500 g | 17.6 oz | pulled smoked ham |
12 | 12 | rolls, cut in two |
500 g | 17.6 oz | grated mozzarella and Swiss cheeses |
1 | 1 | large onion, chopped |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | olive oil |
100 ml | 0.4 cup | melted garlic butter |
Salt and fresh ground black pepper |
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Heat a frying pan over high heat with a bit of olive oil, add the chopped onion and cook until caramelized. Season and set aside.

Cut rolls in two and brush bottom halves with half the garlic butter.

Place on an oven-safe dish. Top, dividing the caramelized onions, ham and cheese evenly among the rolls.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
