Pulled Ham Sliders


500 g 17.6 oz pulled smoked ham
12 12 rolls, cut in two
500 g 17.6 oz grated mozzarella and Swiss cheeses 
1 1 large onion, chopped
30 ml 2 tbsp olive oil
100 ml 0.4 cup melted garlic butter
Salt and fresh ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

  • Heat a frying pan over high heat with a bit of olive oil, add the chopped onion and cook until caramelized. Season and set aside.

  • Cut rolls in two and brush bottom halves with half the garlic butter.

  • Place on an oven-safe dish. Top, dividing the caramelized onions, ham and cheese evenly among the rolls. 

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
