Wrap fondant au poulet croustillant

50 ml | salsa | |
50 g | fromage à nachos râpé | |
0,25 | poivron vert en dés | |
0,25 | poivron rouge en dés | |
0.25 | onion, diced | |
15 ml | olive oil | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Préparation
•Preheat fryer to 375°F (190°C).
•In a pan, heat half of the oil over high heat and cook onion for 2 minutes.
•Add the peppers and cook an additional minute. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
•Cook chicken strips in the fryer. Keep warm.
•Garnish the middle of each tortilla with grated cheese, vegetables and 2 chicken strips then finish with salsa.
•Fold and roll tortillas. Brush wraps with remaining olive oil and grill on the flat top or in the oven.
