- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and vinegar
- Add the julienned carrots and daikon along with a pinch of salt. Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix the Hoisin sauce and mayonnaise.
- Spread the interior of the baguettes with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Top with the turkey strips, marinated vegetables, cucumbers, Jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
- Finish with hot sauce.
