Turkey roast with apples

500 ml | 2 cup | unsweetened applesauce |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | Herbes de Provence |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | honey |

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 165°C (325° F).
- Put the roast turkey, in its cooking bag, in a large roasting pan. Pour in enough water to cover. Perforate the top of the bag to let steam escape.
- Cover and cook in the oven for 4 hours, until an internal temperature of 71°C (160° F) is reached.
- In a bowl, mix the applesaucewith the mustard, herbs, soy sauce and honey. And generous amounts of pepper.
- When the roast is ready, remove the roasting pan from the oven and let it rest for 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Cut the roast into slices and serve accompanied by the applesauce.
