Turkey meatballs

Olymel turkey meatballs


900 g 2 lb extra-lean ground turkey
2 2 onions, finely diced
30 ml 2 tbsp dried thyme
1 1 egg
250 g 1 cup plain yogurt
15 ml 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
15 ml 1 tbsp lemon juice
- - Salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 200° C (400 °F).
  • In a large mixing bowl, put the turkey, the onions, the thyme and the egg. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Make turkey meatballs 2 cm (3/4 in) in diameter and place them as you go on a platter lined with parchment paper.
  • Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Put the yogurt, the herbes de Provence and the lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve the meatballs while quite warm accompanied by a ramekin of sauce.
