Turkey meatballs

2 | 2 | onions, finely diced |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | dried thyme |
1 | 1 | egg |
250 g | 1 cup | plain yogurt |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | herbes de Provence |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | lemon juice |

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200° C (400 °F).
- In a large mixing bowl, put the turkey, the onions, the thyme and the egg. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Make turkey meatballs 2 cm (3/4 in) in diameter and place them as you go on a platter lined with parchment paper.
- Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Put the yogurt, the herbes de Provence and the lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve the meatballs while quite warm accompanied by a ramekin of sauce.
