Olymel pork Easter tarts


1.5 kg 3.3 lb chopped extra-lean pork
125 ml 1/2 cup maple syrup
125 ml 1/2 cup ketchup
30 ml 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
30 ml 2 tbsp cider vinegar
3 3 garlic cloves, chopped
36 36 store-bought tart shells
- - Salt and pepper


  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop (2 oz), place the stuffing in the tarts.
  • Place the tarts on an ovenproof dish and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Serve on a buffet tray.
