Pork Easter tarts

125 ml | 1/2 cup | maple syrup |
125 ml | 1/2 cup | ketchup |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | cider vinegar |
3 | 3 | garlic cloves, chopped |
36 | 36 | store-bought tart shells |

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop (2 oz), place the stuffing in the tarts.
- Place the tarts on an ovenproof dish and cook for 45 minutes.
- Serve on a buffet tray.
