Pasta salad with chicken and cranberries

450 g | 1 lb | whole wheat pasta |
900 g | 2 lb | cooked grilling chicken, cut into strips |
170 ml | 3/4 cup | rice vinegar |
60 ml | 1/4 cup | soy sauce |
60 ml | 1/4 cup | maple syrup |
125 ml | 1/2 cup | canola oil |
250 ml | 1 cup | dried cranberries |
1 | 1 | red pepper, diced |
1 | 1 | green pepper, diced |
1 | 1 | onion, thinly sliced |

Preparation
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the packaging, remove, drain well, spread out on a dish and lightly oil. Put in refrigerator to cool down.
- Put all the ingredients, except the grilling chicken, in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Distribute the pasta between 10 bowls and place the chicken strips on top.
