454 g | 1 lb | extra-lean chopped pork |
1 | 1 | red pepper, chopped |
2 | 2 | onions, chopped |
2 | 2 | beaten eggs |
125 ml | 1/2 cup | crushed sunflower seeds |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 | 1 | pinch of dried thyme |
1 | 1 | pinch of dried oregano |
10 | 10 | hamburger buns |
10 | 10 | lettuce leaves |

Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients, except the buns and the lettuce, and make 10 patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook the patties directly on a baking sheet or on the grill, 4 minutes each side.
- Assemble hamburgers together and serve with the condiments of your choice.
