Ingredients

1 1 block (454 g) of firm tofu, chopped
454 g 1 lb extra-lean chopped pork
1 1 red pepper, chopped
2 2 onions, chopped
2 2 beaten eggs
125 ml 1/2 cup crushed sunflower seeds
30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1 pinch of dried thyme
1 1 pinch of dried oregano
10 10 hamburger buns
10 10 lettuce leaves
- - Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the buns and the lettuce, and make 10 patties slightly larger than the buns.
  • Cook the patties directly on a baking sheet or on the grill, 4 minutes each side.
  • Assemble hamburgers together and serve with the condiments of your choice.
