Multigrain chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries

1 kg | 2.2 lb | chicken nuggets in multigrain bread crumbs |
4 | 4 | sweet potatoes, cut into sticks |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | canola oil |
2.5 ml | 1/2 tsp | paprika |
2.5 ml | 1/2 tsp | onion powder |
2.5 ml | 1/2 tsp | pepper |
250 ml | 1 cup | honey BBQ sauce |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375° F).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks in oil, sprinkling with paprika, powdered onion and pepper.
- Transfer the sticks to an ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper, cook in the oven for 25 minutes, turning them over half-way through.
- On another dish, cook the chicken nuggets for 18 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
- Serve the nuggets and the fries, accompanied by honey-BBQ sauce.
