Maple BLT


1 1 Baguette or ciabatta bread
3 3 Slices low injection bacon
50 g 1.76 oz Swiss cheese
0.5 1/2 Tomato, thinly sliced
1 1 Large curly lettuce leaf
40 ml 2.8 tbsp Reduced fat mayonnaise
15 ml 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup


  • Cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towel and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and maple syrup. Halve the bread. Brush the inside with maple mayonnaise.
  • Fill the sandwich with the lettuce, cheese, sliced tomato and bacon.
