•Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
•In a pan, heat 15 ml oil over high heat and cook onion for 2 minutes.
•Add red pepper and Italian sausage and cook another minute. Add salt and pepper. Keep warm.
•Slice ciabatta lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Brush with remaining oil.
•Top with marinara sauce and cheese and bake in oven to melt cheese.
•Remove from oven and top with sausage, onion and pepper mixture.
