1 kg | 2.2 lb | Olymel old fashioned smoked ham, thinly sliced (62211) |
30 | 30 | mini hamburger buns |
1 l | 4 cup | hot BBQ sauce |
450 g | 1 lb | grated cheddar |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190° C (375° F).
- Place the bottom of the buns on an ovenproof dish, garnish with ham slices, the sauce, then the cheese and cook in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Grill the upper part of the buns on the dish.
- When the cheese is fully melted, close the burgers and serve as a trio, accompanied by French fries or popcorn.
