Mini-burgers au jambon Olymel


1 kg 2.2 lb Olymel old fashioned smoked ham, thinly sliced (62211)
30 30 mini hamburger buns
1 l 4 cup hot BBQ sauce
450 g 1 lb grated cheddar


  • Preheat the oven to 190° C (375° F).
  • Place the bottom of the buns on an ovenproof dish, garnish with ham slices, the sauce, then the cheese and cook in the oven for 8 minutes.
  • Grill the upper part of the buns on the dish.
  • When the cheese is fully melted, close the burgers and serve as a trio, accompanied by French fries or popcorn.
