- In a large bowl, place the ground turkey, mustard, ketchup, garlic and peppers. And salt and pepper and mix well.
- Make 10 patties slightly larger than the buns and cook them on the grill or on a baking sheet, 4 minutes per side.
- Fry the squash strips until they are a nicely golden-brown. Add a touch of salt.
- Grill the buns, garnish them with the lettuce, the cheese, then the turkey patties. Close the buns and serve accompanied by squash chips.
