Ginger and mild spice chicken wings

1.25 kg | 2 3/4 lb | fully cooked dusted Olymel chicken wings |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | ground ginger |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | ground cinnamon |
30 ml | 2 tbsp | ground nutmeg |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | ground cloves |
15 ml | 1 tbsp | ground black pepper |
Preparation
- Cook the chicken wings according to one of the methods suggested on the packaging.
- Mix the spices in a large bowl.
- When the wings are cooked, transfer them to the large bowl containing the spices and stir until the wings are completely coated.
- Serve immediately.
