- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, the garlic, the parsley and the rosemary.
- Spread out two strips of bacon on a work surface. Place a chicken breast on the bacon strips, basted with the softened butter and fine herbs. With the chicken breast firmly wrapped in the bacon, place in an oven-proof dish. Do the same for each chicken breast.
- Cook for 20 – 25 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 176°F (80°C).
Serve accompanied by a salad or vegetables of your choice.
