Vinaigrette: In a bowl, combine the shallots and mustard. Season to taste. Whisk in oil gradually. Finish with the vinegar, orange juice and lemon juice. Set aside.
In a bowl combine the lettuce, radicchio, strawberries, orange segments and pecans. Arrange in a flared salad bowl, add the vinaigrette.
Garnish with the turkey cubes and serve immediately.
Toast the pecans in a pan or in the oven to enhance their flavour.
